The Rectory

The Rectory is located in the quiet rural village of Thurcaston within Leicestershire, not to far away from many local amenities, though far enough to keep young people safe from the busy and challenging city life.
The Rectory is a three bed modern bungalow, housing two young people at any one time, thus giving the young people more space and 1:1 support from staff.

The young people have access to their own large fully furnished bedroom, shared bathroom, living room and open plan kitchen/diner area.

The Rectory’s ethos within the home, is that the young people and staff are part of the ‘Rectory Family’ ensuring each young person feels safe, loved and cared for at all times.

Staff will promote and encourage the young people to be as independent as possible, whilst providing the tailored support they need to suit their individual needs. Our overall priority is that our home provides a safe, nurturing environment in which our young people are able to grow and develop to their full potential, ready and prepared for the transition into adult life.
